At ZERO Electric Scooters, we want you to feel as confident in your urban style as you do on your ride. If your apparel or gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags still attached, back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
